Position: Full-Time LPN
Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts (Thursday, Friday, Saturday)
Shift Hours: 0700 – 1930

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our day shift team. You as the LPN (shift leader) will work alongside one RN, and two CNAs to care for 16 residents who are independent in all activities of daily living (ADLs). Your role as an LPN at ECES is vital to fulfilling our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Medication Management: Administer medications (oral, SQ, IM) and ensure accurate charting.
- Medical Charting: Collect, record, and report patient information accurately.
- Documentation: Document residents’ conditions, treatments, and responses to treatment.
- Assistance to Physicians: Assist physicians during examinations and treatments.
- Patient Monitoring: Monitor residents’ responses to treatments and assess health-related needs.
- Behavioral Management: Report changes in behavior and de-escalate escalating situations.
- Coordination: Assist residents with appointment setting, travel arrangements, and planned independent outings.
- Communication: Facilitate resident communication, interaction, and activities.
- Coordination with Healthcare Providers: Coordinate with PCPs, MHPs, and pharmacies.
- Emotional Support: Provide emotional support to residents and their families.
Furthermore, all employees at ECES are expected to comply with the requirements under Chapter 70.97 RCW, Enhanced Services Facilities, Chapter 388-107 WAC Licensing Requirements for Enhanced Services Facilities, and WAC’s 388-106-0336 through 388-106-0348. You will provide services and support specified in the Person-Centered Service Plan (PCSP) based on the Resident’s Comprehensive Assessment Reporting Evaluation (CARE) assessment and authorized by the Resident’s Case Manager.
Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay: $36.00 – $45.00
